Lançamento da Edição de Natal
>> Até ao dia 9 de Janeiro, de terça a sábado, das 15h às 21h, poderão visitar a exposição "Das Sombras e do Nevoeiro", de Joanna Latka da Contraprova, na Galerias das Salgadeiras. Esta exposição está inserida no Festival Inshadow, cujo tema de 2015 é "Sombra e Corpo". O festival está a decorrer de 26 de Novembro a 6 de Dezembro em diversos locais da cidade de Lisboa.

>> Diogo DeCalle é o mais recente sócio da Contraprova.
Jovem criador formado em Artes Plásticas e de obra multidisciplinar, tem o desenho contemporâneo e a escultura efémera como centro das suas preocupações artísticas. A sua criação, seja ela no Teatro ou nas Artes Plásticas, tem sempre a transformação das matérias como pano de fundo onde o Tempo é um algo que nunca fica de fora. Neste percurso criativo destacou-se a nível nacional como Jovem Criador 2008, vencedor do 2º lugar na categoria de Artes Plásticas e em 2010 foi bolseiro da Fundacion CIEC (Centro Internacional de Estampa Contemporanea) – Betanzos - A Coruña - Espanha, para realizar uma especialização em litografia.

>> Sofia Morais, da Contraprova foi seleccionada com as suas ilustrações em gravura para o 8º Encontro Internacional de Ilustração de São João da Madeira, que decorreu de 19 a 25 de Outubro. Para além de participar na exposição, e ainda dentro do programa do encontro, também leccionou workshops de gravura em pacotes de leite em escolas locais.

The key word of my work is the relationship. That also means various communications. Actually, my printmaking technique is used to apply multiple layers of limited color. So the works are immediate and physical. Their images have physical reality. They have relationship for inside and outside, layers of colors and monochrome, shape and colors, or cross-cultural communication each other through a lot of small triangular windows embossed the image using KOYORI strings twisted paper.
